Privacy Policy

Last updated: May 2026

1. Information We Collect

When you register, we collect your username and email address. If you sign in with Google, we collect your Google account email and name. When using the monitoring service, we store your configured monitor target URLs, check results (status codes, response times), and alert configurations.

2. How We Use Information

Your information is used solely for: providing and maintaining the monitoring service; sending alert notifications via your configured channels (Telegram, Discord, Webhook, or email); processing payments and managing subscriptions; improving service quality and performance. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

3. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored on secure cloud servers. Passwords are hashed with bcrypt — we cannot view your plain text password. API communications are encrypted via HTTPS. Check logs are automatically retained and cleaned based on your plan level (Free 7 days, Pro 90 days, Plus 365 days).

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services: Creem — payment processing (handles your payment information); Cloudflare — CDN and security; Google — OAuth login (optional). These services have their own privacy policies which we recommend you review.

5. Cookies and Local Storage

We use browser localStorage to save your login token, language preference, and theme setting. We do not use third-party tracking cookies.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to: access and export your monitoring data; modify or update your account information; delete your account and all associated data (contact support@shuttlelab.org); cancel your subscription and stop payments.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via in-service notification or email. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
