1. Service Overview

StatusShuttle ("the Service") is a website monitoring service operated by ShuttleLab. The Service provides website availability checks, response time tracking, SSL certificate expiry monitoring, real-time alert notifications, and public status pages. By using the Service, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Account Registration

You must register an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under your account. If you discover any unauthorized use, please contact us immediately.

3. Acceptable Use

You may only monitor URLs that you own or have permission to monitor. Using the Service for attacks, DDoS, or any illegal activities against third-party websites is strictly prohibited. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent free tier limits is not allowed. Violation may result in immediate account termination.

4. Plans and Payment

The Service offers free and paid plans (Pro, Plus). The free plan includes limited monitors and check intervals. Paid plan pricing is as displayed on the pricing page. Payments are processed through the Creem payment platform. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the current period ends.

5. Refund Policy

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the Service within 7 days of purchase, contact support@shuttlelab.org for a full refund. After 7 days, subscription fees are non-refundable, but you may cancel at any time and will not be charged for the next billing period. One-time purchases are non-refundable after the 7-day refund window.

6. Service Availability

We strive to provide a highly available monitoring service but do not guarantee 100% uptime. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We are not liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from service interruptions.

7. Data Retention

Check log retention depends on your plan: Free 7 days, Pro 90 days, Plus 365 days. Records beyond the retention period are automatically deleted. You may delete your account and all associated data at any time.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-service notification. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
